Tasting notes

Appearance: Pale golden, brilliant Nose: Delicate; the nose combines notes of malted cereals with white fruits, with a hint of dried fruit. Palate: The attack, soft and smooth, reveals notes of cereal and honeyed caramel, underpinned by subtle oak. The rich, creamy texture creates a well-balanced whole, where the alcohol, whilst present, remains well-integrated despite a certain liveliness. The finish, of moderate length, ends on a hint of slightly spicy bitter almond. Overall impression: Clean and well-balanced, with a delicate fruitiness that complements the malted grains on a velvety texture, despite a hint of liveliness.
