Appearance: Crystalline, brilliant, transparent. Nose: The aromatic profile is predominantly floral, with notes of cooked agave, punctuated by light smoky touches and milky nuances. Palate: The attack is fat and silky, with complex agave flavours, smoky accents and a certain roundness. The whole offers good power and marked authenticity, despite a few acetic notes that upset the balance. The finish is long and persistent, giving full expression to the character of the product. Overall impression: A spirit with an interesting character and appreciable complexity, although some aromatic flaws detract from the overall harmony.
