Tasting notes

Appearance: Clear, brilliant, with silver highlights. Nose: Aromas of cooked agave with notes of herbs, citrus fruit and white flowers. A subtle mineral touch evokes gunflint and gives an impression of freshness. Palate: Supple, herbaceous attack, supported by a slight sweetness. Flavours of agave and citrus mingle with a discreet minerality, with good alcoholic integration. The finish, of medium length, retains a pleasant balance despite moderate aromatic expression. Overall impression: A sober, well-executed tequila, whose planty finesse and aromatic precision seduce without seeking power.
