Nose: The aromas reveal a complex bouquet combining woody notes of fresh oak, fruity touches of red apple and ripe banana, accompanied by floral nuances, sweet vanilla and caramel. Palate: The attack is medium-bodied with a marked sweetness, supported by present tannins. The wine develops flavours of tropical fruit, coconut and peppery spices, while the wood adds structure and alcoholic warmth. The finish is satisfyingly long, with hints of menthol and a slight astringency. Overall impression: A well-balanced, expressive spirit that combines aromatic complexity and elegance, despite an occasionally marked woodiness.
