Appearance: Clear, brilliant, colourless. Nose: Fruity, floral aromas dominated by lichi, orange and mandarin, supported by notes of grape, pear and white flowers. A subtle mineral touch adds freshness. Palate: A smooth, creamy attack, revealing flavours of candied orange, tropical fruit and stone fruit. The texture is supple and pleasant, with a slight alcoholic heat that sometimes upsets the balance. The finish, peppery and dry, is moderately persistent. Overall impression: A spirit with an expressive profile, marked by well-defined tropical and floral aromas. Pleasant and accessible, it shows good overall coherence despite an alcoholic integration that could still be improved.
