Nose: The aromas reveal a blend of smoky and mineral notes, accompanied by cooked vegetal nuances, salty touches and subtle floral fragrances enhanced by accents of ripe fruit and citrus. Palate: The attack is immediately sweet, developing into vegetal and fruity flavours, notably guava and banana, supported by a creamy texture and a satisfying body. Complexity develops with spicy notes of clove and pepper, punctuated by hints of black olives and a mineral astringency. The balanced, full-bodied finish lets the smoky, salty aromas linger with medium length. Overall impression: A round, subtle spirit with lovely aromatic complexity, although the whole lacks the assertive character to reach its full potential.
