Tasting notes

Appearance: Clear, brilliant, transparent. Nose: The bouquet reveals intense, predominantly vegetal and floral aromas, accompanied by notes of pepper, menthol and fresh citrus fruit, with a fine mineral complexity. Palate: The attack is supple and silky, developing spicy flavours with hints of vanilla and honey. The pleasant texture reveals a remarkable balance between sweetness, saltiness and bitterness, with notes of lemon, coriander and green olives. The finish is long-lasting, with perfectly integrated alcohol. Overall impression: An expressive, well-structured spirit displaying a fine aromatic coherence and controlled balance.
