Tasting notes

Appearance: Clear amber-gold colour. Nose: The nose is discreetly complex, combining notes of malt, yellow fruit, honey and flowers, with hints of herbs and spices, including cinnamon. Palate: The attack is full and supple, developing fruity flavours true to the grain with a pleasant texture. The overall balance remains correct despite the sometimes lively alcohol, while certain notes of oak, caramel and vanilla add a woody dimension. The finish is long and greedy, with fruity and slightly sweet accents, albeit marked by a certain harshness in the aftertaste. Overall impression: A coherent, elegant spirit with intense aromas, although the character can sometimes lack distinction.
