Tasting notes

Appearance: Clear amber colour. Nose: The aromas reveal a balance between woody influences and fruity notes, notably apple and grape, accompanied by hints of vanilla and delicate spices. Palate: The attack is medium to full-bodied with a velvety, oily texture, developing flavours of caramel, milk chocolate and sugar syrup. The finish reveals notes of almond, walnut and pronounced spices, as well as hints of orange and vanilla. The finish, of medium to long persistence, ends on orange peel and slightly spicy peppery tones. Overall impression: A spirit with a mature character and balanced structure, although some woody elements can sometimes mask the aromatic complexity.
