Tasting notes

Appearance: Pale, limpid gold. Nose: The aromas unfold with notable complexity, combining notes of fresh citrus fruit and white flowers with nuances of honey, vanilla and yellow-fleshed fruit, complemented by subtle vegetal touches. Palate: The attack reveals a lemony freshness accompanied by floral aromas, evolving towards fruity flavours punctuated by notes of walnut and vanilla. The texture is medium-bodied, with marked astringency and moderate acidity. The finish, which varies in length depending on the sample, allows the fruit and a few delicate woody touches to persist, although the overall balance can sometimes lack harmony. Overall impression: A spirit with interesting aromatic complexity and a generally balanced approach, despite some variations in the final expression.
