Tasting notes

Appearance: Pale, clear lemon Nose: Expressive, with vegetal notes of cooked agave enhanced by pepper and a citrus freshness. Palate: The attack, intense and slightly bitter, opens with a sweet liquorice flavour and earthy notes. The texture is round, the warmth is well integrated and the whole is balanced. The finish, which is quite long, lingers with a peppery note. Overall impression: An aromatic and balanced blend, where the vegetal character is underpinned by a round texture and a peppery finish.
