Appearance: Clear golden amber. Nose: The aromas are divided between fruity notes of raisins, cooked apples and pears, and woody aromas marked by vanilla and malted grains. Palate: The attack is soft and greedy, developing flavours of sweet dried fruit, honey and banana, supported by cereal and candied citrus notes. The silky texture accompanies a well-balanced whole in which the alcohol is harmoniously integrated. The lingering finish reveals nuances of blond tobacco, caramel and fudge, tempered by a slight astringency. Overall impression: A spirit with character, combining rich aromas and balance, offering a tasting that is both gourmand and complex.
