Tasting notes

Appearance: Clear, limpid, brilliant Nose: A delicate, understated nose with green, slightly briny vegetal notes, enhanced by a hint of smoke. Palate: On the palate, it is smooth and slightly spicy, revealing green herbs and a hint of aniseed, underscored by a delicate smokiness and a touch of citrus zest. The texture is silky, the alcohol is well integrated and the whole is well-balanced. The finish is long and lingering, carrying through the herbaceous notes. Overall impression: A refined and elegant whisky, where the herbal and smoky notes harmonise with a silky texture and a lingering finish.
