Palate: The attack, supple and round, reveals flavours of cooked agave that develop into creamy, slightly lactic notes. The texture is full-bodied, almost oily, underpinned by hints of tobacco and a well-integrated peppery edge. The finish, balanced and of good length, tightens to a spicy note. Overall impression: A balanced and elegant whole, where vegetal and mineral freshness harmonises with a round, creamy texture.
