Tasting notes

Appearance: Crystal-clear, brilliant Nose: Intense and fragrant, the nose combines fresh grass with fruity notes against a mineral and salty backdrop. Palate: The attack, initially soft then sharp, gives way to powerful fruitiness before a mineral and dry mid-palate, enhanced by a hint of smokiness. The texture is full-bodied and ample for a medium-bodied wine, with a lovely balance between salinity and herbaceous notes. The finish, fresh and very long, carries through the fruit and herbaceous notes. Overall impression: An expressive and balanced wine, where the vegetal freshness harmonises with the fruit and a salty minerality, with a very persistent finish.
