Nose: The aromatic expression reveals a varied palette dominated by fresh fruit such as pear and apple, accompanied by hints of cereal, honey and vanilla, with more complex touches of candied fruit and almond. Palate: The attack is fruity and honeyed, evolving towards aromas of caramel and vanilla, sometimes enhanced by smoky and slightly peppery notes. The texture remains relatively young, with a certain alcoholic liveliness that can seem a little sharp. The finish, though pleasant, lacks length and is accompanied by a slight tannic bitterness.
