Tasting notes

Appearance: Golden straw yellow, clear and brilliant. Nose: The aromas are based on fresh planty and citrus notes, enriched by hints of sweet spices, honey and subtle woody touches. Palate: The attack reveals medium to high intensity with a rich texture that develops vegetal and fruity flavours. The overall balance remains satisfactory despite a slight roughness and a hint of bitterness that add complexity and character. The finish is persistent, with spicy notes and a marked freshness. Overall impression: An expressive, well-crafted spirit that combines planty freshness and aromatic richness with a long finish.
