Tasting notes

The nose, whilst not particularly open, is straightforward and reveals notes of raw and cooked agave, accompanied by cinnamon, vanilla and smoky hints. On the palate, the attack is clean and the profile reveals a lovely smoothness, with hints of cinnamon and pepper, as well as herbaceous notes. The alcohol is well integrated, and the whole displays lovely minerality and salinity. The elegant overall impression lingers into a persistent finish.
