Tasting notes

An expressive and elegant nose with aromas of cinnamon, candied cherry and fruit. On the palate, the intense acidity underpins a lovely balance where cinnamon and fruit mingle. A pleasant finish with notable length. A well-rounded whole in which the alcohol is perfectly integrated.
