A delicate and complex nose where sweet spices, aniseed and liquorice mingle with herbal notes of grass and mint, with a hint of citrus. The palate is flavourful and expressive, with a fresh attack and well-integrated alcohol. The liquorice lingers on the palate, whilst the finish reveals minerality. A well-balanced spirit, characterised by noticeable astringency and moderate length.
