An expressive nose with aromas of smoke, leather and black olives, with hints of cooked agave. On the palate, the spirit is both powerful on the attack and upright, with an oily texture and vegetal notes. There is a hint of bitterness, but the profile remains clean and harmonious. A finish of good length.
