Tasting notes
A delicate and sweet nose with aromas of cooked fruit, vanilla and ginger, along with hints of Merlot and whisky. On the palate, the spirit is expressive and rich, with a spicy finish where the vanilla comes through elegantly. The alcohol is well integrated and complements the spirit’s assertive character. The finish is remarkable.
