Tasting notes

The nose is somewhat closed but straightforward, with vegetal hints of dry grass and orange peel, alongside notes of lemon and green pepper. On the palate, the profile is smooth on the attack, with body and lovely complexity. The alcohol is well integrated, and the salty finish reveals notes of liquorice and agave. A very elegant and interesting overall impression.
