Tasting notes

The nose is expressive, with floral and exotic fruit aromas, notably ripe banana, alongside vegetal notes of freshly cut grass. On the palate, the spirit has good body and a lovely smoothness, with flavours of olive and grass, as well as sweet pepper. The attack is elegant, the alcohol is well integrated and the balance is excellent. The finish reveals intense aromas and remarkable length. A decent profile.
