Appearance: Colourless, crystalline Nose: Floral and fresh grape notes, against a vegetal backdrop of fresh grass. Palate: On the palate, light and smooth, it opens with citrus and a hint of aniseed, before a touch of sweet pepper and a subtle minerality lend structure to the texture. The aromatic profile remains fairly simple. The finish, clean and lingering, leaves a hint of bitterness. Overall impression: A clean and light wine, floral and peppery, with a simple profile, carried by a lingering, slightly bitter finish.
