On the nose, aromas of lemon, juniper and grey pepper, with resinous notes of juniper and pine, all revealing a lovely complexity. On the palate, the profile is supple, with a distinct sweetness and remarkable freshness. Notes of citrus, lemon and bergamot are accompanied by herbaceous, vegetal hints. The overall impression is one of fine balance, considerable complexity and a pleasingly long finish. A slight astringency counterbalances the sweetness.
