On the palate, the profile is supple, with marked sweetness and remarkable freshness. Notes of citrus, lemon and bergamot are accompanied by herbaceous, vegetal touches. The overall impression is one of fine balance, significant complexity and a pleasingly long finish. A slight astringency counterbalances the sweetness.
