Appearance: Clear, transparent, brilliant. Nose: Fruity bouquet dominated by ripe banana and exotic fruits such as pineapple, papaya and lychee, complemented by hints of pear and a touch of coconut. The whole remains finely expressive, without excessive sweetness. Palate: Supple, fruity attack, marked by banana, pineapple and mango, supported by balanced sweetness and a round texture. The harmony between fruit, sugar and alcohol is maintained throughout, giving an impression of tropical freshness. The finish is slightly bitter and fruity, with a medium but pleasant persistence. Overall impression: A well-balanced agricultural rum-based liqueur, centred on banana and tropical fruit, combining sweetness, freshness and ease of tasting in a harmonious whole.
