Appearance: Clear, brilliant, transparent. Nose: Dominated by smoky, empyreumatic notes supported by a mineral framework, the profile gradually develops vegetal and spicy nuances which reinforce its complexity. Palate: The attack is silky and well-balanced, combining a slight sweetness with spicy and mineral flavours. Hints of mango and delicate flowers add dimension to the dominant smokiness. The long, lingering finish combines power and freshness with a certain aromatic tension.
