Palate: The straightforward attack reveals a medium-bodied body with flavours of caramel, sweet almond and fresh sugar cane. The spices become clearer with cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves, while notes of toasted wood and candied fruit add complexity. The long, slightly sweet finish has a round texture, despite the alcohol integration that could be improved. Overall impression: A well-structured spirit that combines balance and harmony, offering fine aromatic persistence in a coherent whole.
