Nose: The aromas reveal a marked vegetal profile with notes of lemongrass, mint and fresh herbs, accompanied by hints of citrus and exotic fruits such as pineapple and pear, although a few acetic notes occasionally disrupt the whole. Palate: The attack is frank and supple, developing herbaceous and spicy flavours with hints of pepper and liquorice. The texture is pleasantly creamy, with saline notes and a hint of honey adding complexity. The finish maintains a good balance despite a slight gap between the minty freshness of the nose and the more restrained palate. Overall impression: An expressive, well-structured spirit with an assertive vegetal character and satisfactory overall balance, despite a few aromatic imperfections on the nose.
