Tasting notes

On the nose, there are notes of orange peel, cinnamon and lavender, with a pronounced vinous character. On the palate, the wine displays good body, underpinned by a lovely aromatic complexity blending notes of cinnamon, hay and herbs. It is well-balanced, and the finish, whilst slightly bitter, remains elegant and lively. The residual sugar is pronounced.
