Tasting notes

The nose offers aromas of aniseed, clove, oregano and wormwood, with hints of caramel. Whilst smooth and expressive, the overall impression lacks a little complexity. The palate is well-rounded: the attack is supple, the sweetness comes through fully and the alcohol is well integrated. Honey comes through alongside aromatic herbs, bay leaf and oregano. The finish, elegant and refined, reveals a very slight sweetness. A vibrant profile.
