Tasting notes

An expressive and elegant nose with rich aromas of honey and caramel, alongside fruity and spicy notes of cinnamon and vanilla. On the palate, the attack reveals a lovely structure, underpinned by a smooth, mature body. The lingering fruit is accompanied by a hint of sweet pepper, whilst the finish draws out with a touch of bitterness. An expressive wine overall.
