Verkostungskommentar

The nose has herbaceous and agave notes, with mineral and spicy hints of vanilla and pepper. The acidity is intense, the complexity limited, but the expressiveness is lovely. On the palate, the spirit is supple on the attack, with marked astringency and herbaceous notes. The finish is fresh, with hints of salt and vanilla. An elegant profile, with good length and a distinct character.
