An expressive and complex nose with smoky aromas, along with vegetal and black pepper notes. On the palate, the profile is elegant and vibrant, with lovely complexity and herbaceous, peppery flavours. The alcohol is well integrated and the finish, characterised by a slight bitterness, is lingering. A harmonious whole in which the minerality adds an extra dimension.
