Appearance: Colourless, clear, brilliant Nose: A beautifully intense nose, dominated by juniper, enhanced by citrus and floral notes. Palate: Dry and crisp from the outset; the palate opens with peppery spices and coriander, joined by citrus zest with a slight bitterness. The texture, full-bodied and warming, offers good structure, although the alcohol is somewhat noticeable. The finish is long and clean. Overall impression: A clean and structured whole, where juniper, citrus and spices combine to create a multi-layered aromatic profile, despite a slightly pronounced warmth.
