Appearance: Colourless, clear, brilliant Nose: An intense, fresh nose, dominated by fresh cane juice, enhanced by a hint of citrus and a floral nuance. Palate: The attack is supple and round with a silky texture, opening with fresh sugarcane before developing into spicy notes. The citrus fruits bring a lovely freshness, whilst the alcohol remains noticeable without being overpowering. The long finish carries the fresh sugarcane flavour through to a hint of saltiness. Overall impression: An intense and fresh profile, centred on sugarcane, where the suppleness of the texture balances a subtle warmth.
