Appearance: Clear, very light gold. Nose: The aromas reveal themselves patiently, offering a floral palette dominated by plums, accompanied by vanilla notes from the wood and an overall fruity sweetness. Palate: The attack is soft and light, revealing notes of caramel and a pleasant texture with a slight sweetness. The balance between the floral, fruity and woody elements remains correct, although there is room for improvement in the integration of the various components. The finish is rather short, despite a notable initial power. Overall impression: A spirit with definite qualities, but which shows a marked youth, presenting interesting potential despite a lack of complexity and integration.
