Tasting notes

Appearance: Dark mahogany Nose: Vanilla and cocoa are underpinned by subtle oak, enhanced by beautifully fresh exotic fruits. Palate: The attack, supple and rich, reveals power and unfolds well-integrated notes of coffee, caramel and oak. The sweetness is balanced by the freshness of citrus peel and a lively acidity. The finish, round and slightly mineral, lingers for a long time. Overall impression: A complex and elegant wine, where restrained oak allows the freshness of the fruit to shine through, set against a rich texture and lovely length.
