Tasting notes

Appearance: Cloudy straw yellow. Nose: The aromas are rather discreet, evolving around sweet vanilla, complemented by notes of fresh mint, cedar and white-fleshed fruits such as apple and apricot. Palate: The attack reveals an enveloping, fat texture, carried by flavours of infused vanilla and camomile, accompanied by a welcome minty freshness. The overall character is greedy and fruity, oscillating between sweetness and light acidity, although the sweetness can sometimes unbalance the overall harmony. The finish is of decent length, leaving a clear impression without any alcoholic aggression. Overall impression: An accessible, easy-drinking liqueur with pleasant fruity and vanilla aromas, but which would benefit from more aromatic complexity.
