Appearance: Straw-yellow, crystal-clear Nose: Ginger dominates, accompanied by citrus notes and a hint of herbaceous and soapy notes. Palate: The attack is soft and smooth, then the fresh, spicy ginger comes through clearly, joined by a note of sugar cane. The citrus fruits then bring freshness and stimulate the salivary glands, against a background of restrained sweetness and well-integrated alcohol. The finish, of medium length, lingers on ginger with a slight bitterness. Overall impression: A balanced and fresh overall impression, where the spicy ginger harmonises with the citrus on a well-controlled sweetness.
