Palate: The supple attack reveals fresh fruit, dominated by apple and citrus, enhanced by a hint of herbaceous and salty notes. The body is light, the texture fine and round, with well-integrated alcohol. The balance is maintained right through to a long, lingering finish. Overall impression: A crisp and elegant wine, where the fresh fruit is underpinned by lovely minerality, with a palate that is more expressive than the nose.
