Nose: The aromas reveal a vegetal complexity marked by notes of cooked agave, accompanied by floral touches of lily of the valley, fresh herbs and citrus fruits dominated by lemon and lime. Palate: The attack is round and fat, developing flavours of black pepper, menthol and citrus peel. The balance between spiciness and a slight sweetness structures the whole, while mineral notes reminiscent of sea salt emerge. The finish is of decent persistence, ending on a somewhat rough texture with mineral accents.
