Palate: The greedy attack reveals exotic and red fruits, accompanied by malty and peppery notes that gradually intensify. The supple texture reveals aromas of dried fruit, hazelnuts and cocoa, although the alcohol is sometimes insistent. The finish lingers pleasantly on notes of wood, coconut and coffee, demonstrating good overall balance. Overall impression: A complex, gourmet spirit with good harmony despite its sometimes discreet character.
