Tasting notes

Appearance: Colourless, bright, clear Nose: Intense, with notes of juniper and angelica against a backdrop of sweet spices. Palate: The attack, where the alcohol is well integrated, opens onto an intense palate dominated by ginger and pepper. Notes of candied orange and white fruits mingle with these, enhanced by a hint of rosemary. The finish, long and lingering, remains spicy. Overall impression: An intense and complex blend, where herbal and spicy notes harmonise with the fruitiness, with a strength that is at times slightly overpowering.
