Appearance: Pale straw colour, brilliant Nose: Citrus notes, particularly orange blossom, blend with stone fruits and fresh herbaceous notes. Palate: The fruity attack, driven by stone fruits, develops into a more herbaceous and floral character, underpinned by a gentle sweetness. The body is elegant and well-structured, with the alcohol well integrated and the whole wine well-balanced. The finish, of good length, is tinged with aniseed notes and a slight bitterness, with a somewhat pronounced hint of sweetness. Overall impression: An elegant and balanced wine, where the fruitiness gives way to herbs and flowers on a structured body, despite a slightly sweet finish.
