Tasting notes

Appearance: Golden amber, perfectly clear. Nose: The bouquet is dominated by coconut, cinnamon and sweet spices, enriched by hints of fresh cane and delicate planty notes. Palate: The attack reveals vegetal flavours which evolve into a gourmet heart combining coconut, cinnamon and exotic fruits, especially banana. The unctuous texture is satisfyingly well-balanced, despite the fact that the alcohol is sometimes a little lively. The finish lingers pleasantly on notes of toffee and vanilla. Overall impression: An expressive, complex spirit that develops a gourmet harmony around a well-controlled tropical register.
