Tasting notes

The nose offers notes of orange peel, cinnamon and lavender, with a pronounced vinous character. On the palate, the profile is full-bodied, underpinned by a lovely aromatic complexity blending cinnamon, hay and herbs. The balance is excellent, and the finish, whilst slightly bitter, remains elegant and lively. The residual sugar is intense.
