Appearance: Clear and transparent. Nose: The aromas reveal a beautiful floral expression with jasmine, lilac and rose, accompanied by citrus and fresh grape notes, although the aromatic intensity remains discreet at times. Palate: The attack is well balanced, with fruity flavours dominated by green grapes and melon, enhanced by a hint of pepper and citrus peel. The texture is satisfactory, with appreciable freshness, despite a few slightly cooked and sulphurous notes which detract from the overall impression. The finish is relatively short, allowing the fruit to fade in favour of a residual sweetness. Overall impression: A classic spirit with remarkable floral qualities, but whose complexity and persistence would benefit from further development.
